Delete your TinyStage account

You can delete your TinyStage account and the data associated with it at any time. You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it by email if you no longer have the app installed. You do not need to reinstall anything to make a request.

Option 1: delete it yourself in the app

• Open TinyStage and go to Settings.
• Open Account.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm twice.

Your account is closed as soon as you confirm. You are signed out immediately and you will not be able to sign back in to it.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@luvufit.com from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before we act on it, and we will confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity, so the account can no longer be accessed.
• Your profile, including your username and avatar.
• Your voice recordings and the takes you submitted.
• Your game history, level, XP, streaks, and ratings.
• Any coin balance you have not redeemed. Unredeemed coins are forfeited and cannot be restored.

Timing, and what we keep for a short period

Your account is locked immediately on request, and your recordings stop being served to other players and are excluded from any further data sharing straight away. The underlying records are then held for 21 days before being permanently erased. That short window exists so that automated jobs already in flight cannot collide with the erasure, and so we can resolve any dispute or fraud investigation tied to the account. After 21 days the data is purged permanently.

We may retain a limited amount of information for longer where the law requires it, for example transaction and payout records we are obliged to keep for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Anything retained on that basis is kept only for as long as the law requires.

What cannot be undone

Recordings that have already been licensed or shared with our AI Partners in de-identified form cannot be recalled. Where we still control the raw clips we will delete them, and where required we will forward your deletion request to the relevant partner. However, once data has been used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate an AI model, it cannot be extracted from that trained model.
