Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We license and sell voice recordings and related data to AI Partners, and we share limited data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California and other state laws, you have the right to opt out. This page explains how.

How to opt out

• In your account. Turn on “Do not sell or share my personal information” in the app under Settings, Privacy. This stops future AI Partner licensing and sharing tied to your account.
• Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.
• By email. Contact support@luvufit.com and ask to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. You do not need an account to make this request.

What happens when you opt out

You can keep using the Service after you opt out. Because coin rewards are consideration for the data you share, coin earning pauses while your opt-out is on, and you keep the coins you have already earned. Opting out does not reverse data already licensed, sold, or transferred, or data already incorporated into trained models.
